Scrumptious Raw Kale Chips

Kale chips that will not last!!!!

Scrumptious Raw Kale Chips
Ingredients:
2 bunches of Organic Kale, washed and torn  
¾ cup Tahini
¼ cup Organic Tamari
¼ cup Braggs Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
½ cup water
1 teaspoon Braggs Organic Sprinkle
1 clove garlic
1 lemon or lime (juice of)
¼ teaspoon Sea Salt
¼  cup of nutritional yeast (I use a heaping ¼ cup)
Preparation:
Place kale in a large mixing bowl. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth to get a thick consistency. You may have to add more water. Pour over kale and mix thoroughly with your hands to coat the kale. You want this mixture to be really glued onto the kale.
Place kale onto Teflex sheets, on top of a mesh dehydrator screen, and dehydrate for 6 hours or until done @ 105 degrees. I fill up 6-8 trays suing this amount of kale. Rotate kale occasionally to dry uniformly.
NOTE: I try to use all the organic ingredients possible.
