GREEN SUPPER CLUB!!!
GOING GREEN 101!!!
Beautiful Raw Vegan Table Scape
(Created by Dr. Elizabeth Holcombe)
We had our first Green Supper Club March 9, 2012.  It was awesome!
I bet you are wondering: "What the heck is a Green Supper Club???"
Well, it is a group of raw foodies, raw foodie wanna bees, or folks that just want to learn how to improve their eating habits and live a healthy lifestyle.
Now I bet you are wondering: "Who the heck attended???"....
Well, there was a medical doctor, a nurse practitioner, two educators, a psychologist, a pilot, two administrative assistants (one is actually retired),  and a retiree from NASA.  Oh, and 3 black labs...well actually they didn't stay they went to the camp house for the weekend but they did have a couple of Kale chips before they departed.  Dogs love them!  I think it must be the cheesy flavor.

Another creative arrangement by Dr. Holcombe!

3. In a large bowl combine the dry ingredients.
4. In a food processor or blender, mix the bananas, oil, vanilla, and maple syrup. Add chia gel and pulse to mix. Pour wet ingredients over dry ingredients and stir until combined.
5. Spread the batter evenly into a baking pan (9X11) and smooth out the top with the back of a spoon. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Let cool completely, store in airtight container and the refrigerator for longer shelf life.
