WHERE THE HECK DOES MY FOOD COME FROM? Do you know where your food comes from????

I want to introduce you to my local farmer and share information about his farm where I purchase my greens. The owners are Scott and Lydia Enlow and they own Black Creek Farms.
Black Creek Farm is a small farm but has great produce at an affordable price! They supply fresh produce and eggs to some of our local restaurants. He was certified organic until recently when Mississippi stopped certifying farmers and it was going to cost him a fortune to pay someone to come from out of state.  However, he is still committed to using organic farming practices and will continue to do so.  You can catch him on the weekends at the local farmers market http://www.hitchinglotfarmersmarket.com/HitchingLotFarmersMarket.html or go during the week if you need anything but call him in advance for an appointment and directions.  Scott’s number is 662-329-9147 he will be glad you called!

    I saw you a little while back at the Columbus, ms farmer's market and shared your gluten free chocolate chip cookies with another friend that is gluten free! Devoured! They were so good! Please share the recipe :-)
