4 Pounds in Two Days

I have lost 4 pounds in 2 days!
Tangy Carrot Juice
2 large carrots
1 thumb size ginger root
1 lime
1/4 cup blueberries
1 handful of strawberries
16 oz water if in a blender
Optional: I added 4 dates as a natural sweetener but you can use raw honey or raw agave

Update!!! I am sorry that I got busy and did not post the results of my weight loss last year during the juice challenge.  I lost a total of 24 pounds and was able to keep it off.  I am still dilegently trying to maintain a vegan diet.
