Chanterelle mushrooms grow in a wooded area and are loaded with vitamins and minerals!
I found these at my local Farmers Market.
 

The best way to eat them is to sauté them and they go well with fish or sea food.  They are also good in a pasta lightly sautéed with fresh garlic, salt, and my personal favorite Bragg's Organic Sprinkle (24 Herbs & Spices) Just be creative!!!

Do not over cook them as you do not want to lose all of the goodness of the 
valuable vitamins and minerals!
